Following the reading, Ami Ventris, Neil Armstrong's school counselor and the Mindful Changemaker Coach, will be leading families through a mindfulness activity to support resilience and empowerment: something Eloise develops within the book. Mrs. Ventris will be demonstrating three different mudras to help everyone tune into how they are feeling and then a fun craft around mantras (positive affirmations) that families will be able to take home.
