Ann has taken on the challenge of double digits influx of students in the English Learner program with grace.  It has been a challenge not only from the academic standpoint, but many other aspects of the students' needs as well.

Anne is a steadfast source of strength for the EL program and has helped make this group of students feel welcomed and find success at Betttendorf Middle School.

Beyond that, she collaborates with teachers to provide the best support for ELs throughout the district to help support students.

Bernard Euson

Maintenance
Operations

Bernard is very passionate about his job and is relentless in his pursuit of ensuring the grounds of BCSD look great. He is dependable in so many ways for the department between mowing, plowing snow, being substitute bus driver, and at times subbing as a custodian.

While subbing at Paul Norton Elementary, staff were impressed that he took the time to greet the kids and talk to them as they'd pass through the halls.

He's a quiet guy who is integral to the operations of the district. We are fortunate to have him on our team.
