New Online Payment System Now Available

New Online Payment System Now Available

Aug 15, 2019

Thank you for your patience as the District worked through the recent problem with online credit card payments. We have a NEW system, through RevTrak, that is operational! Using the link below or through your Parent Portal account (under More), you can access student lunch balances and make payments on meal accounts and outstanding fines/fees. The old PaySchools link is no longer active. You will have to create an account with RevTrak. This is a one-time setup and takes less than a minute to complete.

RevTrak Debit/Credit Card, E-Check Payment Processing

(Master Card, Discover, and Visa)

Bettendorf Community School District is pleased to bring you the online convenience of our NEW payment processing system, RevTrak. This program allows you to make school-related payments online via e-check, debit or credit card at your convenience all from the Infinite Campus Parent/Student portal.

How it Works:

  • Click on portal Access
  • Login with parent portal account username and child's birth date. (Just used for first time entering RevTrak)
  • Create RevTrak account with your own email address and password for future logins!
  • Pay fees and add money to lunch account
  • Checkout securely
  • Quick and Easy!

Benefits for you:

  • Easy and convenient online access to pay fees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Instant credit to student accounts reflecting the new activity
  • Assurance of private and secure transmissions

If you do not have a Campus parent portal account please contact your student’s school office.

They will provide you with the necessary information to obtain an account.

To pay student fees and add money to lunch accounts via credit card or e-check click the link above. You will be prompted to enter your Campus Parent Portal ID. Your password will be your child’s birth date. You will then create a RevTrak Account with username and password, that you will use for all future logins.
