2021 School Board Election - November 2nd

Serving on a school board is a challenging job that requires leadership, vision and dedication. A school board member is entrusted with one of the most important responsibilities that can be assigned to a citizen: ensuring that Iowa schools help students reach high levels of educational achievement.

Three positions on the seven-member Bettendorf Board of Education are up for election on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.

Candidate’s Guide to School Election | Affidavit of Candidacy | Nomination Petition

Each candidate must file an affidavit of candidacy and nomination petitions with 50 signatures of voters registered to vote in the Bettendorf Community School District. The affidavit of candidacy and nomination petitions must be filed together and turned into the BCSD Administration Center, 3311 18th St., Bettendorf by 4:30 pm September 16th.
