At the August 19 meeting of the Bettendorf Board of Education, Curt Pratt was approved as the Director of Operations for the Bettendorf Community School District beginning August 26.
“We are excited to have Curt join our administrative team,” said Mike Raso, Superintendent. “He has experience managing maintenance, custodial and grounds staff as well as broad experience managing construction projects from capital planning to construction. Curt will be a great fit for our district.”
Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois. He will be coming to the district from a position of Director of facilities with United Township High School in East Moline. His prior experience includes serving as an Education Architect with Shive-Hattery, Inc. and as an architect for BLDD Architects, Inc.
