BHS Continues to Outperform State in ACT

The 2016-2017 ACT scores were just released to the public today. The results show that Bettendorf High School continues to outperform state averages (Composite – BHS 23.4 | State 21.9). In addition, BHS 2016-2017 scores are higher than last year’s BHS averages in English (23.3 | 22.8), Math (22.3 | 21.8) and Reading (24.3 | 24.1). The results remain consistent in Science (23.1). The ACT consists of curriculum-based tests of educational development in English, mathematics, reading, and science designed to measure the skills needed for success in first-year college course work.
